WHO // 23 year old female. Goes by the name Lydia. Occasionally called Lyds, 280 or Miss Canada.
WHAT // Completed my Sport Science degree. Currently working towards a Master of Science. I also work at an awesome gym in town, as well as train athletes out of the local netball courts.
WHEN // This is literally here because the 5 W's just aren't the same without the when.
WHERE // Currently living in Hamilton, New Zealand. Home to 1000 PHD-qualified scientists, 40,000 students and New Zealand's dairy industry. Basically a city full of students and cows with far to many gyms for its own good.
WHY // I just wanted an area where I can just inundate the internet with even more information then it already holds. Hopefully here my friends aren't annoyed with me blowing up their news feeds.
